Welcome to CaresGlobal, the flagship initiative of Saras Care Foundation USA, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN: 87-4048569). We work at the intersection of human rights advocacy, refugee rehabilitation, education, and livelihood empowerment, with a mission to restore dignity, protect rights, and create opportunities for displaced and stateless communities—particularly those facing religious persecution and displacement. Our work is organized into three key initiatives. The CaresGlobal Project addresses refugee habitation, humanitarian relief, and livelihood development, while advocating for religious minorities at international forums including the UNHRC, European Parliament, and U.S. Congress. Through CaresGlobal Classrooms in Jodhpur and Ahmedabad, we provide structured education, skill-building, and safe spaces that empower refugee children and families to rebuild their lives.
The CasteFiles, a Decolonization Project –challenges colonial constructs of caste and resists flawed narratives that misrepresent Indian American communities. It promotes equality, meritocracy, and decolonized perspectives through research, advocacy, and media engagement. Finally our heritage studies under the Chair Project foster cultural understanding globally by reviving ancient manuscripts, indigenous knowledge systems, and shared histories across India, Africa, and the U.S. Together, these initiatives advance our vision of a just, compassionate, and sustainable world.

Our Principles
Human Rights Advocacy
We are dedicated to advocating for the rights of refugees and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Inclusion and Diversity
We believe in promoting inclusion and diversity, and work towards creating a society that embraces immigrants from all backgrounds.
Protection of Minor Girl Children
We prioritize the protection of minor girl children who are vulnerable to sexual exploitation and forced religious conversions.

What We Do?
Human Rights :
Through Refugee support and advocacy efforts, cares global and its alliance partners advance Human Rights issues and work towards advocacy to escalate Minority rights issues and religious persecution incidents especially in South Asia. In Pakistan and Bangladesh, this issue has caused an alarming decline in minority population shares and has rendered them illiterate, impoverished and without basic dignity of life. See our Projects for more details.
Civil Rights :
Cares Global works in the USA under its Saras Care brand to build a platform for diversity and inclusion with a focus on merit and egalitarian principles. We are working to align with modern multiculturalism and believe that critical theories around race and caste are developing fissures and distrust in society. In an attempt to disrupt the “Culture and the hubris of identity politics” America is suffering the irony of rigid definitions of fluid identities. Cares Global will work to promote alternative viewpoints and dialogue around civil right issues that are being impacted by the Race and Caste imposition in the USA. One such project sponsored by SarasCare is Castefiles.com
Civilizational Studies:
Cares Global works in the USA under its Saras Care brand to provide grants to individuals and organizations that promote an indigenous exploration of the world, innovating ideas, processes, products that bring us closer to civilizational world view as opposed to the modern monocultural framework. We believe that the world turns in the direction of the global good, and the global good is possible only when we find sustainable, harmonious ways of existence and develop native decentralized identities. We promote revival of ancient manuscripts through Smarcya and The Temple project
